Through this experiment, students can observe a simulation of iceberg formation from continental glaciers after formulating hypotheses about their origin. It is suggested that this experiment be associated with the activities "The Tip of the Iceberg" and "Buoyancy of Icebergs," as they are quick and complementary practices that can be conducted in a single class.
